History
Fabienne and Yves opened their chocolate shop in Strathpeffer in 2004, after visiting
the Highlands for more than 10 years. After a successful
career as Risk Assessor for Zurich International (Paris), Fabienne returned
to school to undertake a two year Masters degree (Maître Chocolatier) in Belgium
followed by additional patisserie master classes.
Now in Inverness
After 7 successful years in Strathpeffer, it was time to move on and we decided
to bring both the production and the famous chocolate shop to the city of Inverness.
The new shop opened on Saturday 10 September 2011 in Strothers Lane (opposite to TK Max).The
shop is now all about chocolate and everything sold through the shop is still made in the 'open' atelier.
On Fridays and Saturdays Fabienne makes beautiful French Style pattisseries to take home.
