We commit ourselves to providing an excellent service and excellent products. If you have been sent chocolates with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments on how we can improve. Always quote your order reference number (MAxxxxxx) when contacting us.
Our chocolates may contain traces of nuts, milk or gluten as they are made in a factory using these ingredients.
Our chocolates should be stored in their original packaging in a cool and dry place away from strong smells (between 16 °C and 18 °C). When stored properly, our chocolates keep for 3 to 4 weeks from date of purchase.
Your order will be sent on the first coming Tuesday or Wednesday following the order date, providing we have received your payment prior to that day. The exact date of shipment will be included in the payment confirmation email.
You are requested to complete the order form fully and accurately. Should there be any error in the details provided for the recipient, we cannot be held responsible for the failure to deliver. Charges related to forwarding or reshipping the package to another recipient or to a different delivery address will be your responsibility.
It is your entire responsibility to provide us with an accurate delivery address. We will not verify addresses. We cannot take in account any special delivery requirements by email or other form of message.
We can only accept your orders once they have been checked and approved. In the unlikely event of a problem, you will receive an e-mail within 2 working days (i.e. not on Saturdays and Sundays).
Due to the nature of our products(perishable food products), the right of withdrawal of 8 days does not apply. Your modification or cancellation may be accepted whist the parcel is in preparation only and subject to our approval. In this case of accepted cancellation, the charges will be refunded. However, a handling fee may be applied for administrative cancellation charges. From the time the parcel is handed over to the carrier, no modifications or cancellations may be accepted and charges will not be refunded.
We advise against chocolate deliveries in summer months when temperatures are higher than that of the UK average summer. We have no control over temperatures during chocolate deliveries and so we cannot accept responsibility for any chocolate deliveries that have been heat damaged.
The price indicated on the order form is in British pounds and include Vat of 15%. Prices are subject to change.

For International shipments an additional £ 4.00 is charged. The chocolates will be sent
First Class International Recorded Mail.
International shipment are currently limited to the following countries: Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Germany and Luxemburg.
Gift Vouchers are also available on our website and will be sent to the shipping address for an additional £2.10 fee which includes First Class Recorded Mail. This charge is only applied once for multiple Gift Vouchers send to the same address.
To be accepted, your order must be paid for in full. Orders not paid for cannot be delivered.
Payments are made immediately at the time of ordering through our secure payment service provider PayPoint.Net Uk. PayPoint.Net Uk accepts most of the common card payments (including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Switch/Solo ...). The currency used for all transactions is the British pounds.
The PayPoint.Net payment security protocol guarantees the total confidentiality of the personal information transmitted on the Internet.
All shipment will be Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature. Please note we only send our chocolates on Tuesdays or Wednesdays to UK addresses. We are unable to accept orders if the billing and/or delivery address contains a PO Box number.
We are responsible for the goods until handover to the Post Office. They then travel at risk of the addressee.
We reserve the right to edit or refuse to include any message that contains offensive and/or inappropriate content.
Privacy: we process all your information in the strictest confidentiality. Your data entered on line are recorded on a secure server (ASP.NET App_Data). Your details will never be passed on to any third party.
