   2008, Peru, San Martin province: The "Alto El Sol" plantation.
The weather conditions are ideal, allowing the "Amazon Criollo" beans to fully flourish.

The "Saaverda del Castillo" family have mastered the art of growing, fermenting and drying 100% organic cocoa beans for generations.
The "Alto El Sol" beans have an unprecedented flavour of pronounced acidity as well as a delicate note of yellow fruits.
